Undyne comes from a neutral ending from her original timeline and she's gone through several iterations since! She doesn't remember much, aside from the fact that she died in her old timeline, and definitely more than once.
Coming in contact with Gaster and the VOID, her damaged eye stabilized thanks to the DETERMINATION inside her SOUL. She had some sickness for awhile, but soon, she was her old self again.
Spending time in OMEGA gave her many friends (and enemies) as well as scars. She's fought for the rights of monsters and the rights of humans alike.
Though in her time in OMEGA, she's lost a lot too. Her right eye was lost and replaced with something more mechanical. In the end, though, she doesn't mind. Her life is filled with love and light.

Her name originally comes from @MercifulActing, who she in turns calls pequeño bendición (little blessing).
She has many people that she loves! Unnie considers herself super poly and has a lot of love and attention to give. BUT! Not everything is looking to date - sometimes, she's just flirty. If you're ever confused on your stance with her (which honestly, it's usually pretty clear, I think) just DM me and we can talk about it.
She loves to play piano! She'll more than likely play for you if you ask - musical expression is an act of love for her. She likes to sing too but not often.
Some of her memories of home are hazy aside from the fact that she knows she was on a neutral route. Kris/Frisks should be careful if they tend to be emotionless/aggressive! She's not a big fan.
She speaks Wingdings! Gaster is a really big father figure to her, along with Gerson and Asgore.
Her SOUL has been unstable for a long time, but a remedy is in the works - she's working tirelessly to find a cure for her condition despite not knowing that much about the VOID and SOULs. Several times, she's had outbursts where her SOUL is rejecting the determination she has in her, only to have the VOID stabilize her again. Her magic is completely unstable and borderline unusable, especially in high-stress environments.

I'm usually going to just shitpost on Goop but have some general ideas for when I do get serious.
Goop used to speak at random volumes but now has fine volume control
(even though some would say he's soft-spoken at times)
Goop sees Wingdings as almost a game. It's his favorite language. He'd use it all the time if everyone understood him. If you want to cheer him up or really get his attention, Wingdings is the way to go!
His body is the consistency of taffy now! It varies at times - he can still become a fully goop-puddle, but most times, he's fairly firm and a lot more physical than before.
He falls in the same universe as @ThirdHumanSoul, @ShockingPawn, and more. A previously evil scientist mad with power, who ended up destroying nearly everything. He died and ended up in OMEGA, memory-less and influenced by the kind people around him. He and the previously "Mad Scientist" are now combined and stable (mostly)!
He also has a separate Timeline he existed in - Deltarune. He doesn't know much about his past there, but he does know that is where he actually lost his mind. He's afraid of remembering that one. He's slowly bringing back memories, but who knows how that'll affect him...
Despite his constant invitations, he doesn't actually want to pull anyone into the VOID, not permanently. He hates it here.
He has some mild healing qualities, but used on the wrong SOUL, they could become CORRUPTED and VOIDED. What that means varies between individuals.
Tears are his main method of travel, though he can be outside of them as long as he stays nearby an open one.
With enough damage to his physical form, Goop can develop permanent cracks. He hasn't and won't tell anyone what it means to gain those.
With the last fact, Goop can't really get "damaged" from physical attacks. The only way he can truly take damage is an attack directly on his SOUL or massive attacks on his physical form.
Goop has regained most, if not all, of Gaster's memories. He's completely disgusted and upset with his own past, and will do anything to remedy it - including dying.
He has terrible commitment issues. Relationships are fine and dandy, he loves people with his whole heart, but when it comes to kids (past adoption) or anything serious, he tends to freak out. He appreciates when his partners understand and respect that about him! He may be willing to commit eventually.
Goop is still learning. He won't get everything perfect, but he'll love you until the end of the Earth if he can.

Vincent is a monster that can appear strikingly human under the right conditions. After monsters were released from the Underground, Vincent knew things wouldn't be 100% fixed and there would be some issues, so they decided to hide out as a human for a stretch of time. It was only after seeing everyone enjoying life as themselves - as monsters co-existing with humans - were they able to move past their fear and try to live a genuine life.
During their time in the Underground, however, they lived a quiet, peaceful life in Snowdin. They rarely left the house except for the times where they snuck out to get some Cinnamon Bunnies before closing or to stop by Grillby's once the crowd started to die down. They didn't make a lot of friends this way, but they do talk to Grillby and Bunny often. They hope it'll be easier to make friends as they live their most authentic self!

Vincent is a sona of mine, so consider this a self insert. He's skittish, easy to convince, and trusting for the most part, which tends to work against him.
Despite his anxious nature, he loves to draw and illustrate. He gets a lot of energy from praise and positive attention, but sometimes wishes to be left alone. He's also willing to talk to strangers, albeit nervously.

She comes from Post-Pacifist Underfell, meaning there's a bit to her backstory. She's very inline with the more popular interpretations of this universe.
She was kicked from the Royal Guard for being too rebellious - while she did want to kill humans, she often went out of her way to achieve this, rather than waiting patiently to kill like Asgore. This put Papyrus in charge, straining their relationship as friends.
She has a strong aversion to MTT and Sans for multiple reasons, but will happily bend over backwards for Alphys and even Frisk.
She has only a vague understanding of Omega but the one thing she definitely knows is that there's a lot of cute girls here.

She's very big, bad, and tough. Don't offer to roughhouse with her because it will definitely end with something dislocated.
She's super competitive! Anything involving strength or cooking, she'll try and master.
She loves music. Just like Undyne, she plays piano and has a warm heart for it, but she writes her own pieces to strike fear in the hearts of her enemies. All throughout Underfell's Waterfall, you can here her ominous melody.
She takes compliments in stride. If she returns your compliments and you act flustered, it's more than likely she'll just keep doing it to get a rise out of you. Sometimes, she'll flat out turn you down.

I have DID (OOSD-1b), which means Disassociative Identity Disorder. In short, it's a multiple personality disorder - my specific kind lacks amnesia.
